American Apparel - Neon orange

I've been meaning to pick up this polish for ages and finally got around to it last week. American Apparel's Orange from the Neon collection. A fantastic bright highlighter orange, this is two coats (which it definitely needs) plus base coat and application was good. I

t is even brighter in real life trust me!

Four days on and no chipping which is a good sign too.

I will probably stick to wearing this on my toes but i'm sure it will make an appearance on my fingers when i'm on holiday and have a tan to show off.

Sheer floral

This jeans and shoe combo are fast becoming a favourite, this time worn with a mint floral top with a ruffle on one shoulder.

I wore this to our date night last Thursday where we dined at Opus in the city centre. As you can see I went for the lobster and Matt the veal sirloin, both of which were delicious. The service was under par which was a shame and to be honest has put us off returning. We carried on the night catching up with friends afterwards at the local pub attempting the quiz!

Denim in bloom

Finally the sun is shining! At the weekend it was lovely enough to get outside and take some photos. We are lucky we live on such a nice square with the church and park in the middle. We took these outfit photos, then enjoyed a game of ping pong (a table gets set up in the square over the summer) and wandered over to the opposite side where a new little vintage shop has opened. A great start to Saturday morning.

Blog i'm loving - Fashion Container

I love coming across a blog that is relatively undiscovered and this is a new find, one which i'm sure won't stay this way for long. Great tailored pieces and fabulous hair and flawless make-up to boot. I can't wait to read about Fashion container's new adventures in Austraila where she has just moved. Keeping it classic

A simple outfit and pretty much a throw on look for work once a week. The trench is keeping me company until I can afford my dream Burberry version, it doesn't even come close to be honest but is good enough for now. The boots are a new Zara sale purchase, a smart black boot with added stud and spike interest!
